This is a high-impact backend engineering role sitting at the intersection of fintech, digital assets, payments, API connectivity, and AI-driven automation, building infrastructure that connects banks, exchanges, PSPs, and external financial platforms.The role:You’ll be working on scalable API connectivity and orchestration systems that support high-volume financial transaction flows across multiple channels.This includes -Building reusable API connector frameworksDeveloping secure REST API and webhook integrationsDesigning smart routing logic based on latency, cost, channel health, liquidity and success ratesImplementing retry, failover and resiliency mechanismsAI-powered operational capabilities such as intelligent alerting, failure analysis, smart channel recommendations, workflow automation, and LLM-enabled tooling to improve engineering and operations productivity.Requirements:3–5 years’ backend software engineering experience, ideally with Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, Python or similar technologiesStrong API integration experience, including REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, distributed systems integration and API troubleshootingGood understanding of API security and orchestration, including OAuth2, JWT, HMAC/RSA signatures, routing, middleware, monitoring or API gatewaysThis is a strong opportunity for an engineer who wants to build core connectivity and automation infrastructure in a fast-moving, regulated fintech environment, with exposure to digital assets, payment flows, external financial platforms, and practical AI engineering.If that sounds like you, Apply now to explore the opportunity confidentially.
