Software Engineer / Application Developer - Hiring UAE National

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Software Engineer / Application Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in software development. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in programming, application development, debugging, and software testing, with the ability to develop and maintain scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware DevelopmentDesign, develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business requirements.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.Application SupportMaintain and enhance existing software applications.Perform application testing, bug fixing, and performance optimization.Ensure applications meet quality, security, and performance standards.Provide technical support during deployment and post-implementation.CollaborationWork closely with business users, senior developers, and project teams to understand requirements.Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare technical documentation and user guides where required.Quality & ComplianceFollow coding standards and software development best practices.Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.Maintain documentation for software changes and releases.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in software or application development.Experience developing web, desktop, or enterprise applications.Fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience may also be considered.
