Software Engineer Latam(Automation & Systems Integration)Remote | Full-Time | Sport Surfaces LLCSport Surfaces LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to help design, build, and improve the systems that power our growing business. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving real-world operational challenges through automation, integrations, and scalable software solutions.This role will work closely with company leadership, project managers, and business stakeholders to streamline workflows, improve data flow between systems, and help implement innovative automation initiatives across the organization. ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop custom software solutions and business applications.Build integrations between platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Buildertrend, QuickBooks, and other business systems.Develop automation tools that improve productivity and reduce manual processes.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Create documentation and maintain code quality standards.Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications and workflows.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver solutions on time.Requirements3+ years of software development experience.Strong knowledge of modern programming languages (JavaScript, Python, C#, Java, or similar).Experience with APIs, system integrations, and automation platforms.Understanding of databases, cloud technologies, and software architecture.Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Excellent communication skills in English.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Salesforce development or integrations.Experience with AI, automation, and workflow optimization.Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, or AWS.Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams.What We OfferFully remote position.Opportunity to work on impactful automation and technology projects.Flexible work environment.Long-term growth opportunities.Collaborative and innovative team culture.Apply through LinkedIn and include your resume, portfolio, or relevant project examples to verena@sportsurfaces.com
