Its platform operates in over 40 languages, allowing businesses to provide scalable, multilingual support to their customers.Role Description As a Software Engineer (Backend) for the AI automation platform at Robylon AI, you will design, develop, and maintain backend services that power large-scale, AI-driven customer support workflows. You will build and optimize APIs, data processing pipelines, and integration layers with external systems and communication channels. You will collaborate closely with frontend engineers, ML/AI teams, and product managers to translate requirements into robust, secure, and scalable backend solutions. Daily work will include writing clean, well-tested code, reviewing peer code, troubleshooting production issues, and improving system performance and reliability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.QualificationsStrong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems concepts.Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development for scalable, high-availability services.Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) using one or more modern languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or Node.js).Experience designing and working with RESTful or GraphQL APIs, microservices architectures, and relational or NoSQL databases.Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.Ability to write maintainable, testable code and familiarity with unit, integration, and performance testing practices.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in cross-functional engineering teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
