Location: Dubai, UAE (Client Site)Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 10,000 / monthBenefits: Work visa, air tickets, medical insurance, gratuity, paid time offExperience: 3–5 years of relevant experienceReference: FZ-AE-507Cinergie Digital is looking for a Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in the Cargo SkyChain system to join our team in an onsite role in Dubai, UAE.Key Skills & Experience• Mandatory Cargo SkyChain functional expertise – end-to-end (Booking to Accounting)• Strong Airline Cargo / Aviation domain knowledge• Production Support & Incident Management• Cargo Messaging Standards – FFM, FWB, FHL, ASM, CPM, UCM, UWS, LIR, AGM• System Integration & interface monitoring• Application troubleshooting and root cause analysis• SQL for operational data analysis and validation• SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing• Application configuration, product setup and enhancements• Production releases, deployments and post-implementation validation• Knowledge of IATA Cargo messaging and industry standards Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will provide day-to-day application support for Cargo SkyChain, monitor system performance and message processing, troubleshoot incidents, support cargo operations across booking, acceptance, warehouse and flight handling, and coordinate with business users, vendors and IT teams.The role will also involve supporting integrations, production releases, testing activities, incident/problem/change management, documentation and preventive actions for recurring issues.Cargo SkyChain experience and Airline/Cargo domain knowledge are mandatory.
