This role is open to backend, frontend, and full stack engineers, joining with real ownership and a flat hierarchy from day one.ResponsibilitesBacendBuild the infrastructure that let autonomous systems collaborate, process vast quantities of data, and take meaningful action.Handle large scale, real time data at production speed and reliability.Integrate with cutting edge AI and edge hardwareFrontendBuild high performance, data dense visualisation interfaces in React andWebGLDesign the platform that lets operators task, control, and supervise multiple autonomous systems, turning complex real-time data into something usable under pressurePush the boundaries of browser based real time 3D visualisationFull stack candidates work across both layers depending on where impact is needed the most.RequirementsStrong software engineering fundamentals in C++, Java, Rust, or Python (backend/full stack), or React and WebGL (frontend/fullstack)Genuine motivation around the critical industries like ethical defence, civil defence or humanitarian sectors.Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and outsized ownership.
