Software Engineer

Role Description This full-time, on-site Owner role at Group Trade in Dubai involves leading overall business strategy, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring sustainable growth. The Owner will set organizational goals, manage key partnerships, and supervise financial performance, budgeting, and investment decisions. Responsibilities include guiding sales and marketing initiatives, maintaining strong client and supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. The role also requires building and mentoring a high-performing team, making data-driven decisions, and identifying new market opportunities to expand the company’s presence in Dubai and beyond.Qualifications Proven experience in business ownership, executive leadership, or senior management within trading, commerce, or a related industry.Strong strategic planning, business development, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive long-term growth.Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to maintain effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.Ability to lead and mentor diverse teams, foster a positive workplace culture, and manage performance effectively.Understanding of local UAE/Dubai business regulations and compliance requirements, or willingness to quickly develop this expertise.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to addressing operational issues.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.Professional proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages commonly used in the region are beneficial.
