They are seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to act as the technical bridge between customers and product engineering teams, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and adoption of cutting-edge technology solutions.This is a highly customer-facing role suited to an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building trusted client relationships, and delivering real-world technical outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesWork directly with enterprise customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Design, deploy, configure, and support complex software platforms across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.Build proof of concepts, pilot projects, and custom integrations to address customer needs.Act as the technical lead during customer engagements, workshops, demonstrations, and deployments.Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to influence product development based on customer feedback.Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across application, infrastructure, data, and integration layers.Develop scripts, APIs, automation tools, and custom functionality to support customer workflows.Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Support ongoing platform optimization, adoption, and customer success initiatives.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related technical discipline.4+ years of experience in one or more of the following:Forward Deployed EngineeringSolutions EngineeringSolutions ArchitectureTechnical ConsultingImplementation EngineeringAI EngineeringSoftware EngineeringStrong software development experience with Python and modern development frameworks.Experience working with APIs, microservices, system integrations, and cloud technologies.Proven ability to engage directly with customers and executive stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.Comfortable operating in complex and fast-moving environments.Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in any of the following areas will be highly regarded:Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutionsGenerative AI applicationsSmart City technologiesDigital Twin platformsGIS and geospatial technologiesIoT and connected infrastructureEnterprise software deploymentsData platforms and analytics solutions
