As a fast-growing startup, we’re building intelligent, scalable products that help automate processing, improve operation efficiency and enhance the funding experience for businesses and capital providers. Position Overview RiseFi is seeking a full stack Software Engineer to help design, build and enhance our lending technology platform. This role will work across backend services, frontend applications, automation pipelines, AI-powered workflows and third-party integrations to support our core platform. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex technical challenges, writing high-quality code and contributing throughout the software development lifecycle in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities ● Develop and maintain scalable backend services and modern web applications● Build new product capabilities that improve document processing, workflow automation, and internal operational tools. ● Design and implement APIs and system integrations with internal platforms and approved third party services. ● Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability across the platform. ● Build reusable frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive design strategy. ● Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following engineering best practices.● Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions. ● Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.● Collaborate closely with engineering, products and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Qualifications ● 2+ years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent) with full-stack application development ● Experience developing applications using Python. ● Experience building frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks. ● Experience with cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. ● Understanding of containerized applications and deployment workflows.● Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical teams. What We’re Looking For ● A builder mindset with a passion for creating impactful products ● Comfort working in an early-stage startup with evolving priorities● Strong ownership mentality and accountability ● A collaborative teammate who welcomes feedback and knowledge sharing.What We Offer ● Competitive salary ● Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.● Collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment. ● 401(k). ● Opportunities for rapid career growth as the company scales. Why Join Us At our company, you won’t just be another engineer—you’ll be a foundational member of the team helping shape both the product and the company.
