Product decisions are shared across the team, so you’ll collaborate closely on requirements, design, and prioritization.You’ll gain valuable domain experience by helping build and operate tools to onboard new customers onto Flitch. You’ll also work directly with customers to understand their needs and build full-stack features to support them.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and drive onboarding of new stores onto FlitchWork directly with customers on support and feedback to build and maintain featuresDevelop deep domain knowledge of our software and how we serve our customers’ needsHelp define product requirements and technical solutionsOwn features end-to-end (design → build → test → deploy → iterate)Participate in on-call support as neededCollaborate in product brainstorming, design discussions, and code reviewsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline,3+ years of full time engineering experienceStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to learnStrength in either backend (Java, Spring, SQL) or frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, React)Familiarity and experience with AI development toolsFamiliarity with APIs and modern web developmentNice to HaveExperience building SaaS or workflow-heavy applicationsFamiliarity with React, Spring Boot, GraphQL, AWS, or HerokuStartup experience or interest in early-stage environmentsExperience working directly with customers or supporting production systemsCompensation & PerksCompetitive salary + equityHealth, dental, vision, and life insuranceFlexible PTO
