Software Engineer

This is a senior-level, highly visible hire working directly with company leadership to design and build custom software solutions for clients. The role combines hands-on development, solution architecture, client consulting, and technical leadership. Ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working across multiple technologies, leading small development teams, and advising clients on build vs. buy decisions. AI, automation, and emerging technologies are becoming an increasingly important part of client projects.Responsibilities:· Architect and develop custom web, application, database, and integration solutions for clients· Lead projects from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing enhancements· Build automations, APIs, integrations, internal tools, and workflow platforms· Partner directly with clients to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and recommendations· Mentor developers, review code, and provide technical leadership on larger engagementsTop Requirements:· 5–8+ years of full stack development experience· Strong experience with modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, or similar· Expertise in API development, backend systems, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)· Strong database design, SQL, data modeling, and architecture experience· Ability to communicate technical solutions to clients and senior stakeholdersDesirable:· Experience with AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, RAG, AI workflows)· Automation and integration platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or custom workflows· Experience leading small development teams and advising clients on technology strategy· Candidates comfortable working in small, fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects· Candidates with experience in similar industries i.e., retail, manufacturing, etc.“Our specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster.”
