Job Title: Software DevelopersLocation: SingaporeWe are partnering with a leading fintech company looking to hire an experienced Software Engineer to join their growing team in SingaporeResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain a high-performance platform for AI-driven banking solutionsWrite clean, scalable, and efficient code for cloud-based systemsIntegrate software components with internal and external systems to ensure seamless functionalityLearn and use AI and machine learning to integrate and optimize AI models for real-time processingEnsure AI algorithms are effectively embedded within financial applicationsDevelop and execute unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure software qualityDiagnose and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environmentsContribute to the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance financial systemsParticipate in code and design reviews, ensuring adherence to industry best practicesWork closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, researchers, and product managersRequirementsComputer Degree holder with 4+ years of hands-on software development experienceExperience with Python or C, and related frameworksExperience in Fintech, Banking, or Financial ServicesFamiliar with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or private cloudStrong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesKnowledge in AI, NLP or machine learning frameworks is a big plus
