The ideal candidate is technically solid, comfortable in front of clients, and communicates clearly and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, install and configure our applications on Windows environments at clientSet up and manage Apache Tomcat application servers, including deployment of WAR files, configuration, tuning, and troubleshootingDeliver product demos and presentations to clientProvide on-site technical supportAct as the technical point of contact for clients during deployment and post-go-live supportTrain client teams and end users on system usage and best practicesEscalate and document issues clearly, and coordinate with the development team on fixesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field2–5 years of professional experience in development, deployment, or technical support rolesPractical experience deploying and administering applications on Apache Tomcat is a plusGood understanding of relational databases (SQL), REST APIs, and networking basicsProven experience in a client-facing capacity (support, deployments, demos, or training)Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic/EnglishStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsMust currently reside in the UAE with a valid residency visaNice to HaveExperience with on-premise enterprise software rollouts and system integrationFamiliarity with Windows Server administration and IIS/Tomcat coexistence setupsA valid UAE driving license is a plus
