The firm’s mission is to provide tailored solutions that streamline operations and elevate productivity for its clients globally.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Software Engineer role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and back-end systems. Responsibilities include writing efficient, maintainable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, debugging, and improving existing software for optimal performance. The role also involves implementing object-oriented programming( OOP ) techniques and staying updated with current industry trends to deliver innovative solutions.Employment type: Full-time — New college hires (B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech)Location: Onsite, Bengaluru (This position is not remote or hybrid)Key responsibilitiesContribute to design, development, testing and maintenance of software components and integrations.Work on backend services, APIs, data processing pipelines, or front-end modules depending on team allocation.Participate in code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and follow CI/CD practices.Collaborate with product managers, QA, and operations on feature delivery and incident resolution.Assist with system integrations (third-party APIs, ERP connectors, payment/gateway integrations) and data migrations.Produce clear technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.Qualifications & skillsB.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, or related engineering discipline (final-year students or recent graduates).Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development processesSolid understanding of Programming languages and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset for team-oriented developmentExperience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, is a plusStrong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, operating systems, databases.Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar).Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and version control (git).Preferred (not mandatory)Internship experience in software development projects, open-source contributions, or capstone projects.
