The behavioral methodology behind the platform is validated in research published by IIM Bangalore and Harvard Business Publishing and is trusted by leading enterprises such as Deloitte, PwC, AB InBev, Suzuki R&D, Heidelberg Materials, and Aditya Birla Group.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain backend services that power Dehurdle’s real-time voice AI platform, focusing on scalability, low-latency performance, and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing existing code, integrating third-party services, and collaborating with product, AI, and front-end teams to deliver robust end-to-end solutions. The role also involves writing clean, well-tested code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to architectural decisions and technical documentation. The engineer will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and continuously improve system quality and developer workflows.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems fundamentals.Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or Node.js).Experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, microservices, databases, and performance optimization.Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in large-scale systems.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.Familiarity with real-time systems, streaming architectures, or distributed systems is an advantage.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and take ownership of deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
