Software Engineer - | AI | Early-stageWe are working with an exciting VC-backed AI technology company that is scaling rapidly.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer to join a small, highly capable engineering team and work closely with the founders. In this role, you will be a key member of the engineering team, building and owning critical product functionality end-to-endAbout YouYou will be a Software Engineer with 3–6 years’ experience, ideally as a full-stack or frontend-leaning full-stack engineer.• Strong experience with TypeScript• A proven track record of building and owning features or systems end to end• Experience working closely with product and/or operations teams• A pragmatic, hands-on approach to solving complex problems• The ability to work autonomously and take ownership• Experience in an early-stage, VC-backed startup is highly desirable• Ideally, you’ll have been an early engineering hire and be comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and ambiguityThis would particularly suit someone who enjoys the pace and autonomy of an early-stage startup and has experience as an early engineering hire, where you have had the opportunity to build, solve problems and take features from idea through to production.Why Join?This is not a role where you will be one engineer among hundreds working on a small piece of a huge platform.You will be joining a small team at an exciting stage of growth, working directly with the founders and having a meaningful influence on both the product and the technology.If you are looking for a role where you can build, own, and make a visible impact, this could be a great opportunity.
