As a trusted partner, we're always at the forefront of change as we lead digital optimization and modernization journeys for our clients.Customized end-to-end solutionsOur expertise in AI, Consulting, Data, Digital, Cloud & DevOps and Software Engineering, delivers customized, end-to-end solutions that drive business value and growth.Position PurposeAs part of our digital transformation, we are migrating legacy systems (e.g., TIBCO BW 5.x ) to modern, scalable architecture like Apache Camel to enhance performance & resilience.ResponsibilitiesDirect ResponsibilitiesApplication designing / development / testing / support / enhancements / bug fixing.Interact with functional and technical representatives of project teams in order to understand business functionalities, technical modules, integration mechanism and data sources.Prepare test plans and conduct Unit, Integration, Regression, Performance and Functional Testing using automated testing frameworks.Contribute to the technical designing phase and document the design with UML diagrams and models. Create prototype for proof of concept and business requirements validations.Ensure that the project and organization standards are followed during various phases of software development lifecycle and day-to-day development work.Estimate efforts, schedule for various modules, and meet deadlines.Technical and Release DocumentationDeployment of system components - Application, Shell Scripts and Databases.Acquire skills in relevant technologies and take up higher responsibilitiesTo participate in out-of-hours / daytime support as requiredTo ensure that the application is of good quality, ensure any issues are fixed on priority.To work with teams to help solve complex technical problemsWork towards initiatives to improve processes and delivery efficiencyContribute towards recruitment efforts - both for the team as well as for the organizationContribute towards innovation; suggest new technical practices for improvement of efficiency.Contributing ResponsibilitiesContribute towards innovation, suggest new technical practices to be investigatedContribute towards initiatives to improve processes and deliveryContribute towards recruitment efforts - both for the team as well as for the organizationTechnical & Behavioral CompetenciesMandatory Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Apache Camel, its architecture, components, and Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIPs).Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high‑performance, scalable, and secure back‑end services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel.Leverage Apache Camel to integrate various systems, databases, third‑party APIs, and services, ensuring smooth data flow and communication across platforms.Utilize Apache Camel for message routing, transformation, and integration between disparate applications.Basics of Tibco Business Works 5.xMigration of Tibco business works process to Apache Camel.Basic Knowledge on Kafka /NATS.Good knowledge in RDBMS / SQL.Basic Knowledge on Linux environment (basic commands, shell scripting, etc.), Code build & versioning tools like GIT, Jenkin.Ability & willingness to learn & work on diverse technologies (languages, frameworks, and tools)Thorough understanding of complete Software Development LifecycleExperience in technical analysis, designing and modeling n-tier applications with multiple integrations using object oriented and SOA approaches.Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and inclination to constantly upgrade on new technologies and frameworks.Good communication and co-ordination skills.Nice to have Skills: Knowledge of Tibco EMSExposure to financial domain.Familiar with Deal booking system like Kondor+Total Experience -Experience in Skill 1 -Experience in Skill 2 -Current CTC -Expected CTC -Notice period -Current Location -Open for Rotational Shift -If you had gone through any interviews in Synechron before?
