Software Engineer

About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will participate in the full software development lifecycle—from design and coding to testing, deployment, and operational support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliable, scalable applications that solve real-world problems.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code across back-end and front-end components.Design, build, and maintain scalable software modules, RESTful APIs, and system integrations.Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and senior engineers to define technical specifications and feature requirements.Conduct code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and refactor existing codebases to optimize speed and security.Write unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure continuous quality and application stability.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues and bugs in development, staging, and production environments.Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives.Assist in maintaining CI/CD deployment pipelines, system monitoring, and technical documentation.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.1–3 years of hands-on software development experience using modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, or Go).Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, or Angular).Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker.Strong algorithmic thinking, analytical problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
