Years of experience are not a deciding factor. Wecare more about how you think, the quality of your work, and your ability to solve realengineering problems.What we expectStrong Java fundamentals and hands-on experience with Spring Boot.Strong PostgreSQL experience, including SQL, data modeling, transactions,indexing, and query performance.Experience designing and building REST APIs.Understanding of transactions, concurrency, retries, idempotency, and failurehandling.Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.Experience with unit and integration testing.Ability to debug production issues systematically.Understanding of distributed systems fundamentals.Comfortable with Git, code reviews, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.Ability to take ownership from design through production.Levaraging AI to the fullest extent without losing control
