We are levraging the expertise to build India's First Aviation Tech company Serving to Airlines, Training organisations and professionals to make aviation seamless through technology.We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong backend fundamentals and hands-on experience in Go (Golang) and Node.js. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of frontend technologies, experience in building scalable systems, and familiarity with web scraping and data extraction techniques.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang and Node.jsBuild scalable and high-performance APIs and microservicesWork on data ingestion pipelines, including web scraping and automation workflowsCollaborate with frontend developers and contribute to UI components when requiredOptimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliabilityImplement efficient database schemas and queries (SQL/NoSQL)Monitor, debug, and improve system performance in production environmentsEnsure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practicesWork closely with cross-functional teams including product and DevOpsRequired Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of professional experience in software developmentStrong proficiency in Golang and/or Node.jsExperience building RESTful APIs and microservicesSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system designHands-on experience with web scraping tools (e.g., Puppeteer, Playwright, Scrapy, or similar)Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)Understanding of scalable architectures, caching (Redis), and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)Experience with Git and version control workflowsGood to HaveExperience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelinesExposure to real-time systems or high-throughput applicationsUnderstanding of anti-bot mechanisms and scraping at scaleWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on high-impact, scalable systemsCollaborative and fast-paced work environmentGrowth opportunities and ownership of projectsInterview ProcessRound 1: DSA / Problem SolvingRound 2: Technical Discussion (Backend + System Design)Round 3: HR Discussion
