This structure enables businesses to gain clear KPIs, a disciplined monthly close, and actionable visibility into spending so they can plan and grow with confidence.Role Description: We are looking for a Software Engineer to help build the core of Daira's AI-native finance platform. You will work across our Go backend and Next.js / React / TypeScript frontend - building the LLM document pipelines and agentic workflows that read real invoices and bills, determine the correct tax treatment, and post them into clients' books through ERP integrations. This is real-money infrastructure, so we care about getting the right answer, not just a plausible-looking one. You will own features end to end - from data model to UI - with real responsibility from day one. The Software Engineer will work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in a full-time capacity, building and maintaining software systems that power Daira’s AI-enabled financial management platform.What you'll doBuild and ship full-stack features across a Go backend and a Next.js / React / TypeScript frontendDevelop LLM-powered document pipelines that extract and classify data from real invoices and billsBuild agentic workflows that reason about VAT, Corporate Tax, and the correct accounting treatmentIntegrate with accounting / ERP systems (Odoo, Zoho) and design reliable data mappers and adaptersModel financial data correctly — money, currency, and tax as first-class, rounded, auditable valuesWrite the tests, tracing, and metrics that let us trust the system with real client moneyCollaborate through rigorous code review and trace issues end-to-end across the whole pipelineQualifications2+ years building production software (exceptional new graduates with strong projects considered)Codes confidently in at least one of Go, TypeScript, Python, or similar - and learns the rest fastComfortable across the stack: Go services, React / Next.js UI, and SQL / PostgresGenuinely excited about building with LLMs and AI agents - not just calling an APICares deeply about correctness - traces a value end-to-end and thinks through the edge casesReads unfamiliar code comfortably and communicates clearly in writingBonus: exposure to fintech, accounting, ERP systems, or tax domains
