You will use advanced software design and development methodologies such as agile, DevOps, and open-source. You will be exposed to cutting-edge products and software technologies and become an expert in large-scale and high-concurrency technologies. You will participate in software R&D of company products, including but not limited to:Complete the product lifecycle from customer requirements to software product definition, architecture design, development and implementation, and to online operation and maintenance.Creatively solves technical difficulties in product implementation and uses cutting-edge technologies to improve the core competitiveness of products, such as AI capability building for optical network devices, AI platform software architecture implementation for optical products, network AI O&M, and application of AI technologies in engineering practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above. computer science, software engineering, communication, electronics and other related majors.Understand,become proficient in,and effectively apply AI-assisted code generation,leveraging AI support to improve code delivery efficiency and qualityBe proficient in C/C++, familiar with script languages such as Python, Java,Rust,and have good programming habits.Be able to work independently and solve problems, has good communication skills, be a good team player.Love programming, demonstrates enthusiastic of new technologies, be good at summarizing and sharing, and like hands-on practice.Service SkillsFamiliar with or knowledgeable about AI platform software architecture implementation for medium-to-large-scale products, network AI operations and maintenance, and the engineering application of AI technologies; Possessing extensive hands-on C++ experience and practical AI software programming experience.Actively participate in software programming contests or open source community organizations during school.
