Software Engineer

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced In-House Software Engineer with strong AI experience to join our team and take ownership of the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our internal software systems and technology solutions.The role will suit a hands-on software engineer who is comfortable working across the full development lifecycle and who can identify practical opportunities to use artificial intelligence and automation to improve business processes, efficiency, and decision-making.You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop reliable software solutions, integrate AI-powered tools and services, and ensure our systems remain secure, scalable, and user-friendly. Key Responsibilities 1) Design, develop, test, and maintain internal software applications and systems. Ensure software is secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable.2) Build and support web-based applications, APIs, integrations, and internal tools.3) Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.4) Identify opportunities to introduce AI, machine learning, automation, and intelligent workflows across the business.5) Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing system support.6) Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that can deliver measurable business benefits.7) Work collaboratively with management, operations, and other teams to deliver technology projects.Requirements 1) Proven experience as a Software Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, Application Developer, or similar role. Experience with AI agents and workflow automation.2) Strong programming experience in one or more modern languages 3) Experience developing and maintaining web applications and APIs. Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.4) Practical experience integrating third-party APIs and software systems.5) Experience working with AI technologies and large language models. 6) Experience building or integrating AI-powered applications or automation solutions.7) Good understanding of software security, data protection, and access control.8) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
