Banbury - Hybrid (2 Days Per Week) - Java DeveloperWe’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a brand-new team of engineers, working on a major cloud transformation and rearchitecture project.You’ll be helping rewrite and modernise a core product while keeping it fully operational for existing customers — a challenging project with real technical ownership and impact.What you’ll be doing:Build and contribute to new software modules and servicesHelp design and rearchitect a core product for the cloudWork hands-on with Java, Spring Boot/MicronautNavigate and improve complex legacy applicationsContribute to engineering best practices, knowledge sharing and potentially hiringHelp shape the technical direction of a product undergoing significant transformationWhat we’re looking for:Strong hands-on Java development experienceExperience with Spring Boot and/or MicronautStrong JavaScript/TypeScript skillsExperience designing and delivering high-quality softwareComfortable working with complex or legacy codebasesA pragmatic, problem-solving mindsetIf this seems of interest please apply
