Role OverviewWe are looking for a Software Engineer who doesn’t just write code—but uses AI to accelerate, optimize, and rethink development workflows. You’ll build scalable systems while leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT to improve productivity and code quality.This role sits at the intersection of software engineering + applied AI, not pure ML research.ResponsibilitiesDevelop quality software and web applicationsAnalyze and maintain existing software applicationsDesign highly scalable, testable codeDiscover and fix programming bugsAI-Augmented DevelopmentUse AI tools to:Generate and optimize codeDebug fasterAutomate repetitive tasksBuild internal workflows using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)Integrate AI into products (chatbots, copilots, automation layers)System Thinking + ProductivityReduce engineering effort using automationImprove dev velocity (target: 2–5x productivity vs traditional devs)Evaluate when AI helps vs when manual coding is betterCollaborationWork with product, design, and data teamsTranslate business problems into technical + AI-driven solutionsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related fieldDevelopment experience with programming languagesSQL database or relational database skillsStrong in at least one:JavaScript (Node.js / React)PythonJava / GoSolid understanding of:APIs (REST/GraphQL)Databases (SQL/NoSQL)Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)What Success Looks LikeShips features faster than traditional engineersUses AI to reduce development time by 30–70%Builds scalable systems with AI embedded, not bolted on
