The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain back-end systems that power custom AI agents, dashboards, and integrations across multiple platforms. Day-to-day tasks include implementing robust APIs, managing data workflows between AI services and client systems, and optimizing performance, reliability, and scalability of deployed solutions. The role also involves collaborating with AI specialists and consultants to translate business requirements into technical architecture, writing clean and well-documented code, and participating in code reviews and testing. The engineer will contribute to continuous improvement of internal tools, deployment pipelines, and best practices for secure, production-grade AI solutions.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade applications.Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in modern codebases.Experience integrating AI or machine learning services (e.g., model APIs, vector databases, orchestration frameworks) is highly beneficial.Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
