Software Engineer

Role Description: The Software Engineer will work full-time on-site in Yanbu‘ al Baḩr, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that support the company’s operational and commercial objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing back-end features, writing clean and efficient code, integrating systems and APIs, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role involves participating in code reviews, refining requirements with stakeholders, and ensuring software reliability, performance, and security. The Software Engineer will also contribute to documentation, support deployment activities, and assist in continuous improvement of development processes and tools.QualificationsStrong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in building and maintaining production-grade applications.Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including working with server-side frameworks and databases.Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to design modular, maintainable code.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Ability to analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with testing practices, debugging, and performance optimization is beneficial.Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment and managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
