Intermediate engineers must be able to assist junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Feature Development & Maintenance: Building new application features while optimizing and maintaining existing codebasesCode Quality & Reviews: Enforcing industry standards by writing clean, efficient code and reviewing peers' pull requests to maintain high-quality deliverables. Ensures services are monitored adequatelyArchitecture & Design: Participating in the research, system design, and implementation of architectural decisions into production codeTroubleshooting: Independently diagnosing system bugs, analyzing technical limitations, and deploying effective fixes. Participates in on-call rotation for production issuesCross-functional Collaboration: Interacting with product managers, QA testers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure timely project deliveryMentorship & Leadership: Guiding junior developers on the team and assisting colleagues when technical hurdles arise

Qualifications
