Mobile Developer – FlutterRequirements3+ years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart.Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, Clean Code and software engineering principles.Proficient in Flutter & Dart.Experience with state management such as BLoC, Cubit or Riverpod.Good understanding of Clean Architecture and modular application structures.Experience with asynchronous processing, local caching and application performance optimization.Practical experience writing Unit Tests and Widget/Component Tests.Experience with mocking dependencies and testing application/business logic.Basic knowledge of native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) is a plus.Understanding of mobile security such as Secure Local Storage, SSL Pinning, RASP or OWASP Mobile Top 10 is a plus.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deploying builds to internal QA/Dev environments.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Banking, Finance or Fintech experience is highly preferred.POSITION 2. Frontend Developer – ReactRequirements3+ years of professional frontend development experience with ReactJS & TypeScript.Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, Clean Code and frontend engineering principles.Proficient in ReactJS, TypeScript and modern UI development.Experience with state management such as Redux Toolkit or Zustand.Experience with server-state management/caching tools such as React Query or RTK Query.Good understanding of component-driven architecture and frontend system design.Experience with asynchronous processing and frontend performance optimization, including Code Splitting, Lazy Loading and Virtualization.Practical experience writing Unit Tests and Integration Tests for UI components, hooks and state logic.Experience mocking API requests and testing user interactions.Understanding of OAuth2/OIDC, PKCE and identity solutions such as Keycloak is a plus.Understanding of web security principles such as XSS, CSRF and Secure Cookies is a plus.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Banking, Finance or Fintech experience is highly preferred.POSITION 3.
