Team members collaborate with global clients and work with modern technologies to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.Role Description The Software Engineer will work on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support Winnovate Technologies’ custom and SaaS products. This full-time, on-site role is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to implement secure, scalable back-end services and APIs. Daily tasks include writing clean and efficient code, performing code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and optimizing application performance. The Software Engineer will also participate in requirement analysis, contribute to architectural decisions, create technical documentation, and support integration and deployment activities to ensure reliable delivery of features.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.Demonstrated experience in Software Development and Programming, with proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript).Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including building and consuming APIs, working with databases, and integrating services.Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in designing maintainable, modular systems.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and development best practices.Ability to analyze requirements, write clear technical documentation, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern frameworks is an advantage.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
