Software Engineer — CoeFont Interpreter (Seoul: remote, or relocate to Tokyo)CoeFont builds real-time AI interpretation for enterprise meetings. Our product, CoeFont Interpreter, runs 2- and 3-language meetings (JA / EN / KO and more) for large Japanese enterprises, with per-organization context (dictionaries, files, meeting history) that keeps improving accuracy.What you'll doBuild the product with the customer in mind. Own features end to end, from understanding what the customer needs in their meetings to shipping it.Work across the Go backend (GCP), web (Next.js), and desktop (Tauri + React).Use the product in your own meetings every day and fix what bothers you.As a speaker of the languages we interpret, you'll spot where the output feels wrong and shape fixes together with the ML team.What we need3+ years building and shipping products in a small team.Strong Go (or another typed backend language and willing to switch), plus TypeScript / React; or Python + ML / speech pipelines.Native Korean, plus working-level English or Japanese for Slack and meetings.AI-native workflow: you already ship with Claude Code, Codex, or similar.Open to travelling to Tokyo regularly (a few days every month or two) to work with the team and customers in person. Remote is fine day to day, but we want you in the room sometimes.Nice to haveASR / TTS / LLM experience; Tauri / Rust; Firebase / GCP / Cloudflare Workers; real-time streaming (WebSocket / gRPC).Experience with Japanese enterprise customers.OfferCompetitive salary.Start remote from Seoul (contractor or EOR).
