Software Engineer (Full Stack / AI)

Our client, a rapidly growing AI startup based in New York City, is looking for a Software Engineer to help build AI-powered products transforming how healthcare providers communicate with patients and automate front-office operations.You'll work directly with the founders to build production software used by real customers. This is a high-ownership role where you'll influence product direction, solve complex technical challenges, and make a meaningful impact as the company scales.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy scalable full-stack applications.Develop AI-powered healthcare products and workflows.Integrate with EHRs, healthcare systems, and voice infrastructure.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship features end-to-end.Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.Technology Stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js. PostgreSQLJob Requirements2-6+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.Experience shipping production software used by real customers.Strong engineering fundamentals.Startup or high-growth experience is preferred.High ownership, strong problem-solving skills, and a builder mindset.Experience building AI-powered applications is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $175,000 - $230,000 (depending on experience)Meaningful equity packageVisa sponsorship and transfers available5 days per week on-site in New York City
