Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for a technically strong Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET Core, hands-on React experience, and practical AWS exposure to work on a US-based enterprise facility management platform. The platform manages complex business operations, including work order management, vendor coordination, invoicing, document processing, client portals, and third-party system integrations. The project is undergoing modernization, transitioning existing business workflows toward AWS cloud-native services, serverless architecture, microservices, and modular frontend applications. This is a backend-focused Full Stack role (approximately 70% backend and 30% frontend) requiring someone who can independently develop business-critical APIs, work with complex integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to scalable, reliable applications. We value developers who understand how systems work beyond writing code, can investigate unfamiliar technical problems, and take ownership of features from development through deployment. Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Development & Enterprise Integrations Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Web APIs, and Entity Framework Core. Develop business workflows involving work orders, vendor management, invoicing, document processing, and operational data. Build and integrate RESTful APIs connecting internal applications, external vendors, and third-party platforms. Handle complex integration scenarios involving authentication, data mapping, validation, error handling, and asynchronous processing. Implement reliable processing mechanisms involving message queues, background jobs, retries, timeouts, and failure recovery. Write clean, maintainable, testable code following OOP, SOLID principles, and appropriate design patterns. Frontend Development – React Develop and maintain React-based applications for internal users, clients, and vendors. Build reusable components, forms, dashboards, and responsive interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, managing application state, authentication, and data flows. Troubleshoot frontend issues and collaborate on modular frontend development, including micro-frontend patterns where applicable. AWS & Cloud-Native Development Develop, deploy, and maintain application components within AWS environments. Work with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM. Contribute to serverless and event-driven application workflows. Collaborate with DevOps engineers on application deployments, environment configurations, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring. Investigate application-level cloud issues using logs, metrics, and service configurations. Database, Performance & Production Support Develop and optimize database operations using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases. Work with complex SQL queries, transactions, indexing, and Entity Framework query optimization. Identify application performance bottlenecks across APIs, databases, and external services. Troubleshoot production incidents involving failed integrations, inconsistent data, application errors, and service communication. Apply appropriate security practices, including JWT authentication, OAuth, role-based authorization, and secure handling of sensitive information. Engineering Ownership & Collaboration Take ownership of assigned features from requirement understanding through implementation, testing, and production support. Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, debugging sessions, and solution design. Work closely with engineering, QA, product teams, and US-based client stakeholders. Communicate technical challenges, blockers, and proposed solutions clearly. Use AI-assisted development tools productively while independently validating code quality, security, and functionality. Required Skills & Experience 2–4 years of professional software development experience, primarily working with .NET Core and modern web applications. Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Entity Framework Core, and asynchronous programming. Practical experience with React, including hooks, component development, state management, and backend API integration. Hands-on AWS experience involving application development, deployments, integrations, or production support. Exposure to Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, or CloudWatch is particularly relevant. Proven experience developing and integrating internal and third-party APIs, including authentication, data transformations, and error handling. Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, dependency injection, design patterns, and clean coding practices. Strong SQL and relational database skills, including query optimization, transactions, and troubleshooting. Understanding of microservices, asynchronous processing, event-driven communication, and integration reliability. Working knowledge of JWT, OAuth, authorization mechanisms, and application security. Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD, unit testing, integration testing, and production debugging. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues independently and identify root causes. Good English communication skills, including the ability to explain technical decisions and collaborate with international stakeholders. Preferred / Additional Experience Experience modernizing enterprise or legacy applications into cloud-native architectures. Hands-on experience building AWS Lambda functions, SQS-based workflows, or serverless API integrations. Experience with distributed systems, message queues, webhooks, idempotency, and dead-letter queues. Familiarity with micro-frontends, Redis, MongoDB, or Kubernetes. Experience integrating multiple enterprise applications or external vendor systems. Domain exposure to facility management, field services, ERP, workflow automation, invoicing, or document management. Experience supporting US-based clients or production enterprise applications. What We ValueBeyond technical skills, we are looking for someone who: Understands the problem before writing the solution, rather than simply following instructions. Can independently troubleshoot issues across APIs, databases, AWS services, and integrations. Demonstrates genuine ownership of delivered features and their production reliability. Understands technical trade-offs and can explain why a particular approach was chosen. Adapts quickly to unfamiliar systems, technologies, and business workflows. Uses AI coding assistants effectively without depending on them for fundamental engineering decisions.
