Job Description – Onsite Engineer (IBM OpenPages)Job Title: Onsite Engineer – IBM OpenPagesExperience: 5+ YearsLocation: Abu DhabiJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Onsite Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in IBM OpenPages. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in implementing, supporting, and maintaining IBM OpenPages GRC solutions. Experience with IBM Cognos and Qlik Sense for reporting and analytics will be an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite support for IBM OpenPages applications and GRC processes.Configure, customize, and maintain IBM OpenPages modules based on business requirements.Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide functional and technical support.Coordinate with offshore development and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.Support application upgrades, patches, and production deployments.Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.Execute testing activities, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Ensure compliance with organizational security, governance, and risk management policies.Required Skills5+ years of experience with IBM OpenPages.Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.Experience in IBM OpenPages configuration, administration, and support.Knowledge of workflows, business rules, security, and reporting within OpenPages.Experience in issue analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models.
