Full Stack Engineer (Hybrid)Location: HybridAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely while collaborating with colleagues in person when required.You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, contributing across both frontend and backend systems. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with a passion for building high-quality software and delivering exceptional user experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain modern web applications across the full technology stack.Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.Design, develop, and optimise backend services and APIs.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver business-critical features.Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best engineering practices.Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve application performance and reliability.Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tooling.Essential Skills & ExperienceStrong experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.Advanced React development experience.Strong backend development capability.Java development experience (preferred backend language).Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.Solid understanding of software engineering principles, testing, and version control.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Desirable Skills & ExperienceExperience with Perl.SEO and search platform/domain experience.Exposure to PPC (Pay-Per-Click) platforms and related technologies.Experience working with big data technologies and ecosystems.Exposure to SnowflakePlease submit your CV along with a brief summary of your relevant experience.
