As a Software Engineer, you will have a direct impact on the efficiency and innovation of our products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust applications that meet both customer and organizational needs.Roles and Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications in alignment with business requirements.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software specifications and system architecture.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.Continuously research and implement new technologies to improve product performance and development processes.Contribute to the documentation of software design, technical specifications, and user manuals.Work within Agile development frameworks, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role, typically 3+ years in software development.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Tools and Technologies:Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.Experience with web development frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js for frontend development.Strong knowledge of backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, or ASP.NET.Familiarity with databases including SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
