Software Engineer Intern

The lab's culture encourages thinking deeply about problems, prototyping quickly, and iterating based on user feedback.Role Description We're looking for an AI-first Software Engineer Intern to contribute to the design, development, and testing of software solutions that support the lab's research initiatives. You'll work primarily in our JavaScript/TypeScript stack, while integrating LLMs and AI frameworks into real workflows — not as an afterthought, but as a core part of how you build. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and reviewing code, integrating LLM APIs and AI tooling into product features, debugging and resolving issues, writing basic technical documentation, and collaborating with mentors and team members on project tasks. You'll participate in remote stand-ups, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions while learning best practices in modern, AI-assisted software engineering.
