Success in this role looks like shipping polished, responsive UI that feels native and fast. You will work alongside the founding team and have direct impact on the product from day one.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement native macOS UI components using Swift and SwiftUI.Collaborate with the founding team to translate product requirements into functional interfaces.Identify and resolve UI bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues.Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture decisions.Iterate quickly based on user feedback and product direction.QualificationsExperience with Swift, SwiftUI, or AppKit.Familiarity with macOS development environment and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.Strong attention to detail and a high bar for UI quality.Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.Backend Engineer InternAs a Backend Intern at Crcle, you will build and maintain the server-side systems that power the product. Success means shipping reliable, well-structured code that the team can build on. You will own real features end to end and contribute directly to the architecture of a product that is still being shaped.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.Write clean, maintainable code in Python or Node.js.Collaborate with frontend and infra teammates to define and implement system interfaces.Debug and resolve performance and reliability issues in production systems.Contribute to technical documentation and code review processes.QualificationsProficiency in Python or Node.js.Understanding of REST API design and backend system architecture.Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.Cloud Infrastructure InternAs a Cloud Infrastructure Intern at Crcle, you will build and maintain the infrastructure that keeps the product running reliably. Success looks like systems that are scalable, observable, and require minimal firefighting. You will shape how the engineering team deploys and operates software from the ground up.ResponsibilitiesProvision and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging to ensure system observability.Identify and address reliability, cost, and security gaps in existing infrastructure.Document infrastructure decisions and help establish best practices for the team.QualificationsHands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).Strong debugging and systems-thinking skills.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.This is an unpaid internship.
