Ltd. is looking for a motivated Software Engineer Intern who is willing to work across software development, product support and property-data onboarding.The intern will contribute to the development and improvement of Domiva and OVIKALiving, while also supporting the company in building and maintaining a high-quality property database.The role requires a combination of technical skills, communication skills, attention to detail and willingness to make outbound calls to property owners, brokers and other property stakeholders.1. Software Development

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications and digital products.
• Work on frontend and/or backend development as assigned.
• Write clean, efficient and maintainable code.
• Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Debug and resolve technical issues.
• Perform testing and quality checks.
• Work with databases and data structures.
• Use Git/GitHub and follow software development practices.
• Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers and the product team.2. Property Database & Onboarding
• Support the creation, updating and maintenance of the Domiva and OVIKALiving property database.
• Identify potential properties, property owners, brokers, agents and developers through online research and other sources.
• Contact property owners and property stakeholders through cold calling and other approved communication channels.
• Explain Domiva and OVIKALiving and the benefits of listing their properties.
• Collect accurate property information, including location, property type, pricing, amenities, photographs and contact details.
• Follow up with property owners to complete the onboarding process.
• Assist in getting properties listed and activated on the platform.
• Verify and maintain the accuracy of property information before publishing.
• Regularly update outdated or incomplete property records.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, onboarding status and owner responses.3. Data Quality & Platform Support
• Ensure property information entered into the database is accurate and complete.
• Identify duplicate, incomplete or outdated listings.
• Coordinate with the technology and operations teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Assist in improving the property onboarding process through technology and automation.
• Provide feedback from property owners to the product and technology teams.Skills RequiredTechnical:
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with React.js, Node.js, Python or similar technologies is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of databases and APIs.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Basic troubleshooting and debugging skills.Communication & Business:
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound/cold calls.
• Ability to communicate professionally with property owners, brokers and agents.
• Willingness to follow up and complete assigned onboarding targets.
• Good data-entry and documentation skills.
