As an intern, you'll work with experienced engineers on real product features and see how production software is built in a finance-focused environment.What You'll DoBuild, test and maintain features for Blacklitt's web platform / client-facing tools / internal research systems.Turn functional requirements into clean, readable, well-documented code.Debug issues and help improve the performance, reliability and usability of our applications.Take part in code reviews, sprint planning and technical discussions.Work with engineers, researchers and other teams to understand problems and ship solutions.Write clear documentation, give regular progress updates, and act on feedback quickly.What You'll GainHands-on experience with professional practices: version control, code review, testing and agile sprints.One-on-one guidance from experienced engineers.Exposure to building software where accuracy, data integrity and security matter.A real project you can show in your portfolio and discuss in future interviews.Optional: a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and a chance at a full-time offer based on performance.Who We're Looking ForMust haveA freshers or 0–2 years of experience profile, with a degree (or final-year student) in CS, IT or a related field.Solid fundamentals: data structures, algorithms and basic OOP.Working knowledge of at least one language, such as Python / JavaScript / Java.Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Clear written and verbal communication.Nice to haveFamiliarity with Git and GitHub.Basic knowledge of web development, REST APIs or databases (SQL).Personal projects, open-source contributions, or coding-platform profiles.Interest in finance, markets or data.MindsetYou're curious, learn quickly and take ownership of your tasks.You work well in a team and ask for help when needed.You care about writing correct code, not just working code.You can send your resumes to rachit@blacklitt.com and keshav@blacklitt.com
