Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions EngineerWe are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Engineer to join a technical Messaging Platform team in London.This is a hands-on role focused on developing and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across customer data, marketing automation, integrations and customer communications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.Build and maintain automations and technical workflows.Develop solutions using AMPscript and GTL.Write SQL queries for customer and audience data.Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations.Support email, SMS and push communication campaigns.Manage data synchronisation, segmentation and data integrity.Troubleshoot and resolve Marketing Cloud technical issues.Monitor and improve platform and campaign performance.Collaborate with marketing, data engineering and product teams.Requirements3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experienceStrong AMPscript experienceStrong SQL experienceHands-on GTL / Guide Template Language experienceExperience with REST and/or SOAP APIsExperience with SFMC development, automation and data managementStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveSalesforce Data Cloud experienceHTML, CSS or JavaScriptSalesforce Marketing Cloud certificationsExperience with customer data platforms or marketing technologyLocation: LondonWorking model: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite
