They operate a modern, cloud-native engineering environment and are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to help build, scale and operate highly performant systems.About the RoleWe’re hiring a Software Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company building high-scale, cloud-native products.You’ll work across backend services and infrastructure, with a core stack of Node.js and TypeScript, alongside technologies including Kubernetes, GCP, PostgreSQL, Redis and Terraform. What You’ll Be DoingBuild and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScriptDevelop reliable, high-performance systems operating at scaleWork across cloud infrastructure, deployment and production environmentsTroubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure and data layersContribute to architecture decisions, code reviews and technical discussionsHelp improve engineering standards, reliability and performanceWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of software engineering experienceStrong Node.js and TypeScript experienceExperience building high-scale, high-performance systemsGood understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native engineeringHands-on experience with some of Kubernetes, GCP, PostgreSQL, Redis or TerraformExperience operating production-grade servicesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsExperience with agentic/AI-first engineering workflowsNice to HaveGo experienceComputer Science degreeExperience within AdTech or another high-scale technology environment
