Software Engineer / Software Developer

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Software Engineer / Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain reliable software applications and technical solutions. This role involves translating business and user requirements into scalable software while contributing to the full software development lifecycle.The Software Engineer will analyze requirements, design technical solutions, develop application features, write clean and maintainable code, and conduct testing to ensure software quality and performance. You will work closely with product, design, QA, data, and other technical teams to deliver solutions that meet functional and business objectives.The Software Developer will participate in application development, system integration, debugging, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. You will identify technical issues, investigate root causes, optimize application performance, and implement improvements that enhance reliability, security, usability, and scalability.Both roles require strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to software quality. You will contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, development standards, testing practices, and continuous improvement while keeping up with modern technologies, development frameworks, and software engineering practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong understanding of software development principles, programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar.Ability to develop, test, debug, and maintain reliable software applications.Understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, APIs, databases, and system integration.Familiarity with web, mobile, desktop, or enterprise application development environments.Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases and basic database design principles.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.Understanding of software testing, debugging, code review, and quality assurance practices.Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into practical software solutions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.Good communication and collaboration skills when working with technical and cross-functional teams.Proactive mindset with an interest in emerging technologies, software architecture, development best practices, and continuous improvement.
