Across the group, we have raised and deployed more than $150M and operate portfolio companies across energy, bioproduction, and AI infrastructure.Depending on team needs, current projects, and your interests, you may work across:Zero-X — Thermochemical conversion and distributed energy, with 200+ systems live across 11 countries.Seraph Group — Decentralized bioproduction combining AI, robotics, and synthetic biology on one platform.Gemino AI — Safe Reinforcement Learning for industrial control. Core platform OptiVX powers autonomous plant operations and aquatic biomass management, alongside Project Maya, a wearable AI platform.YOUR WORKYour software work may include:- Developing APIs and integrating software with databases and third-party services- Building and maintaining web applications, backend services, and internal tools- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code- Debugging software issues and improving system reliability and performance- Working with databases, data models, and application logic- Testing features and supporting deployment into production environments- Collaborating with engineers and technical teams on software architecture and implementationThe focus is not on academic exercises. You will work on software connected to real companies, real users, and real engineering challenges.WHO YOU AREWe're looking for candidates who:- Have completed or are close to completing a university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field- Have hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, C++, APIs, databases, Git, and modern development workflows- Have a solid understanding of software development, programming fundamentals, data structures, and application architecture- Have experience through university projects, internships, personal projects, or other practical software work- Can work independently, learn quickly, and solve technical problems- Are able to work fully on-site in Bali, Indonesia for 4-6 monthsThis internship can also be completed as part of a university internship requirement.We don't expect you to already know our entire stack, but you should have a strong software foundation and be able to learn quickly.WHAT WE PROVIDE- 4-6 month internship in Bali, Indonesia- 25-hour work week: 11 AM to 5 PM- On-campus rooms available at competitive rates- Daily lunch included- Strong interns can move into a full-time role across the group after the internshipIMPORTANTThis is an unpaid internship.The position is fully on-site in Bali, Indonesia.There is no remote or hybrid option.
