We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in modern web development who is eager to learn, build and take ownership of real-world features.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild & Contribute: Assist in designing and developing robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and MongoDB.Full-Stack Exposure: Support the team in delivering seamless user experiences across the MERN stack, bridging the gap between frontend components and backend data.Collaborate & Learn: Partner with senior engineers, product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Write Clean Code: Participate in code reviews, write unit tests and learn best practices for maintaining a scalable, production-grade codebase.Automate: Help build and maintain scripts or basic CI/CD workflows to streamline daily development and testing processes.RequirementsEligibility: Final-year student, recent graduate, or 0–1 year of experience.Core Foundation: Academic, bootcamp or project-based experience focused on the MERN stack.Backend Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of Node.js and MongoDB, including basic schema design and routing.The Right Mindset: You bring high energy and relentless curiosity.
