The Role As Software Engineering Lead/Manager, you'll take ownership of the full software stack from firmware through ROS2 middleware to UI/UX while leading a growing team of talented engineers. This is a genuine leadership role: you'll run projects, interface directly with clients and stakeholders, translate requirements into deliverables, and stay hands-on when it counts.
