They have also received national recognition as one of the top EdTech companies in the U.S.What you’ll do:Lead and develop a team of full-stack Product EngineersStay close to the codebase through code reviews, architecture, documentation, system design, and occasional hands-on contributionPartner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Operations across discovery, planning, and executionImprove engineering systems, team velocity, delivery processes, and developer experienceRecruit, interview, onboard, coach, and grow engineers during a period of rapid scaleBuild products across adaptive learning, AI feedback, career matching, ranking algorithms, and LLM-driven internal toolsWhat they’re looking for:5+ years of professional level experience as a full-stack software engineer, product engineer, or software/product-focused engineer. Internships do not count toward this years of experienceBachelors degree in a Computer Science or Engineering discipline, Masters Degree preferred2+ years of people management experience for EM level5+ years of people management experience for Senior EM / Associate Director-level profilesExperience managing teams of 5–10+ engineersStrong product engineering background with recent technical depthHigh-growth startup experience strongly preferredExperience in EdTech, HealthTech, B2C, B2B2C, marketplace, healthcare, consumer, or mission-driven product environments is desiredStrong communication skills, leadership presence, and structured thinkingAbility to connect engineering execution to business goals, customer outcomes, and student impactThis is not a hands-off management role.
