SDM leads the technical projects and takes bottom line accountability to ensure project, team success.ResponsibilitiesAre responsible for a set of services/productBuild annual execution plan for your productOwn and drive high-quality delivery using the technology that can scale using distributed computingHands on with technology to perform code reviews, Design the right tech and high code qualityDeep focus on operational excellence for optimal customer experienceProvide technical program management leadership to ONE team (across Product, Technology, Enterprise, IT, Vendor partners)Understand, have experience in, Agile Ways of working and are able to coach others to promote Agile ways of working.Help define the Product Vision & define the success (like KPIs) and business goals.Create Software Development roadmaps and align different Product Increments for Product success.Create & optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)Good to have knowledge of India stack - open banking (UPI), RBI regulations, and Systems (KYC, UIDAI) and apply the knowledge to solve technical dependencies.Good to Have: Understand SDLC and manage dependencies with different enterprise teamsSoftware Compliance RisksOperationsCross FunctionsUnderstand and help define, implement Non-Functional requirementsLead triage of defects, bugs and track them to closureProvide one view of Product, Program progress (by tracking to KPIs) to stakeholdersQualificationsEducation background: Under graduation in Engineering.Certifications - Minimum of Engineering degree will be good to have - Certification on AI/Programming languages/Software Technology (desired)Experience range required 12-18 years with minimum 5 yrs of People Management Experience.Required SkillsStrong communications skills.Customer centricity, obsession for customerAbility to manage stakeholders (product owners, business stakeholders, cross function teams) to coach agile ways of working.Ability to structure, organize teams, and streamline communication.Prior work experience in leading software development teams of more than 8 developer in product companyGood knowledge of languages open-source systems, programming languages such as Java/Python, knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL DBs, Distributed cachingPreferred SkillsGood to have knowledge of India stack - open banking (UPI), RBI regulations, and Systems (KYC, UIDAI) and apply the knowledge to solve technical dependencies.Good to Have: Understand SDLC and manage dependencies with different enterprise teams.
