With over 125,000 merchants on board and a passionate team of 500+ employees, we're shaping the future of payments.Our Mission is driven by a simple yet profound goal: to boost sales and empower entrepreneurs with the most comprehensive financial solutions.Our Vision is to level the playing field for businesses of all sizes, fostering competitiveness and economic growth.Our Services include a mobile POS app – seamless payments on the go –, physical POS – tailored systems for businesses – and cash register POS – modernizing traditional setups –.Your Role:Our agile product organization is evolving through exciting transformations including scaling teams, designing new systems, modernizing legacy platforms and leveraging cutting-edge technologies.We’re looking for an Software Engineering Team Lead that will;Design code and data architecture,Provide technical leadership to the team,Multi-functional team and people management,Encourage collaboration and creativity,Be responsible for ensuring the success, growth and output of the product team,Work closely with the product owner and the other team members.Your Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline,More than 6 years of experience as a Software Developer, minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader,Experience with languages such C#, Java, Nodejs, (nice to have Python or GoLang)Experience in managing source in Git and in Git workflows based on branching, merging etc.,Experience with microservice architecture and monolith to microservice replatforming,Good understanding of Unit-testing and integration-testing, and DDD & TDD practices,Experience with microservices architecture, Docker or Kubernetes technologies,Experience in Agile (Scrum) software development methodologies.What Awaits You?
