Product & Software TrainerLocation: Lahore, PakistanEmployment Type: Full-TimeProbation Period: RemotePost-Probation: On-siteWe are looking for a Product & Software Trainer to join our team and take ownership of learning, understanding, and delivering training on our technology products and software solutions.The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, confident communicator, and technology-oriented professional who can understand software functionality and effectively demonstrate and train others.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop in-depth knowledge of the company’s software products and technology solutions.Conduct professional product demonstrations, presentations, and customer training sessions.Understand software features, workflows, and use cases and communicate them clearly to customers.Deliver user onboarding and training sessions for clients and stakeholders.Prepare training materials, presentations, and product walkthroughs.Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Product teams for customer demonstrations and requirements.Stay updated with new software features, product updates, and enhancements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree is mandatory.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong interest and understanding of software and technology.Ability to quickly learn and master new software products.Confident in presenting and training individuals or groups.Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.Prior experience in software training, product demonstrations, IT, technical support, pre-sales, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who can understand technology quickly, confidently present software solutions, and effectively train others.If you are passionate about technology, enjoy working with people, and have the ability to turn complex software functionality into simple, easy-to-understand explanations, we would like to hear from you.📍 Lahore | Remote during probation, On-site thereafter📩 Interested candidates can apply by sharing their updated CV.
